Under 10's Manager

"As the Manager of the team, I see my role as a combination of the following:

Firstly, to encourage by all means available the  boys in my team to enable them to play to the best of their abilities, whatever that may be. Secondly, to provide the best facilities possible to allow the above, thirdly to teach the boys the value of working as a team to achieve success and finally, to encourage enjoyment of the game, win, lose or draw".

"To me Youth Football is all about the development of the children under the managers care.  I think it is a measure of a managers success if at any point one of the boys is picked up by a higher level team.   I hope this happens with some of my boys as there are some very capable players within the team"
